There are a plethora of options for obtaining marijuana in Seattle. Among them are:

Legal Recreational Retail Shops

Come on now, lets be honest. Be a good person and support your local Rec Shop. You have plenty to choose from, and yes their prices are going to be higher than the black market. Think about it though the retailers, producers, and processors have invested so much to provide a high  quality product at the lowest prices possible. Pay your taxes, get a high end product, and support legal marijuana. If you’re unhappy with the amount we tax and regulate our marijuana please write one of our political leaders. You can make a difference.

The Black MarketBlack Market Delivery Marijuana

Not our recommend option, but we can’t ignore that it exists. It’s almost a blessing that the black market is the root of the cannabis industry, because there will always be a “Traditional Supply” as we call it. It drives prices down, and keeps the underground culture of the Cannabis Industry alive and well!  Delivery services are the main method the Black Market operates for marijuana in Seattle, but you might also see a guy walking around Seattle wearing a shirt that says, “I Sell the Best Weed.” Guess what his job is. All you have to do is flip over a copy of The Stranger to get a list of delivery services that are operating in the city! Surprisingly there is even a Stranger Paper Distributor right in front of the Seattle Municipal Courthouse. Apparently the City will likely give you a Cease and Desist letter for dealing marijuana before they arrest you. Interesting times indeed…

Medical Marijuana

Seattle’s Medical Marijuana Market is thriving! The shops are almost as common as Starbucks, and the price is cheap. The only caveat is that you need a med card to enter these access points. In order to get a med card you have to be a resident of the state of Washington and have a condition that meets the criteria for a doctor to issue you a recommendation. Luckily enough the condition requirements in the state of Washington are very relaxed, and anyone can get a med card if they have ever had back pain. Have you  seen the recent studies that states that legalized medical marijuana have an increase by 80% of students with severe back pain? Neither have we, but it’s not hard to imagine.
