Cannabis policy & Facts
Public consumption is illegal and banned inside the Valley of Fire, we do not condone nor recommend any use. Although, you would not be the first nor the last. Initiative Petition 1 was passed on the eighth of November, but the state park won’t likely allow public consumption outright, but maybe they’ll be a bit more mellow about it in the future.
