Amenities: Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Powder, Lotion and Scrubbing Fluff are all provided for guest use, along with TP, Paper Towels and Laundry and Dish Soaps. Trash Bags. Charcoal and starter fluid for BBQ.

Breakfast is based on what the guest would desire. Coffee, Tea, Orange Juice, and then options. Eggs and Bacon with Toast. Pastries. Etc.
Other meals can be shared if desired, or prepared for you for minimal charge.

The Healing properties and the Magic of the central Oregon coast is something, that needs to be shared! From the property, the beach is an easy 300 yard walk, through the coastal trees. Or simply walk up the hill to access National Forest trails for hiking and biking and all that forest exploration! Yachats River and the Alsea River are both perfect locations for the angler, body surfing and surf boarding within just a minute or two. Cape Perpetua and the Amanda Trail are wonderful exploration walks!

Deer, Elk and then Local Bald Eagles are always an entertaining part of visiting the Central Oregon Coast.

Ocean Time offers extra relaxing comfortable environment. Large Fire Pit with Seating, Table and Umbrella, Swing with Awning, Fenced Yard for visiting pets, BBQ. Inside… The Guest Bedroom is Private with a Queen Size Bed, 700 thread count sheets, great pillows, extra fluffy large towels, Amenity Basket includes shampoo, conditioner, lotion, powder, and scrubbing fluff. TV with Cable, Wi-Fi, and charging station, books, kites to fly, candles and a chest with additional needs for traveling pets.

The Hostess does have a private room in the house, and would share bathroom. The bathroom is finished with ceramic tile floors that continue into tub shower combo. The tub is an old style tub, deep and wide for a great hot soak. Agates and Jaspers add a finishing touch in the bathroom.

The main living part of the house offers a sun room entrance, wood burning stove in the living room, comfy seating and great sofa for that relaxing nap….

Chainsaw carved bear will keep you company. The Kitchen which includes microwave, and well appointed. Two shelves in the refrigerator are set aside for guest use. Coffee and Teas are on an open shelf for easy use. And then into a fully appointed laundry room.

The Hostess can be as involved as the guests would like, or as absent and out of sight with hardly any interaction.

The house does have pets. They are contained for the most part as to not interfere with your time – unless you are happy to have them share your time and space. Never in the Guest Room Please.

Whale Watching begins this week (12/19). Roughly 2,400 whales pass right by Yachats going South to give birth! This will last till January 10 or so, so book now to witness this incredible experience!

Nightly Rate through October is $110.00 per night. Includes a Meal of your choice, either Lunch or Dinner, Not everyone eats Breakfast.

We remain open to marijuana consumption on property, enjoy anywhere.

Dogs on Vacation have New Things. A Doggie Pool for Swimming, including towels for drying off. A Teeter Totter. A Carpeted Deck for those dogs that prefer carpet to grass. Toys. For those bringing their Dog, the nightly for their fur face, is spreading the joy for the next, by gifting a new toy to leave. And they need to be current with all Flea Treatment, heart-worm, ALL Shots etc. For the Love of Dogs.

Crabbing and Fishing can be arranged for those with an interest.

We are booked for the weekend of the Solar Event. But have the night of the 21st open.
