Methuen Marijuana Information
Shops In Methuen (Map)
The 26th largest city in Massachusetts in Methuen. The town has a population of around 47,255, and was officially incorporated in 1917, but settlement originally occurred way back in 1642. The town grew rapidly around the time of the Industrial Revolution due to their large-scale cotton mills and textile factories. There were also a great deal of smaller hat and shoe factories in town, and they all contributed to a large workforce with huge production numbers. This helped the city grow and sustain along the north bank of the Merrimack River.
The city is loved by outdoor enthusiasts for their many natural offerings. The Spicket River also runs through town, and there are several natural ponds in town as well, so there are plenty of aquatic activities to get into when the weather permits. Forest Lake is a great place to go swimming or fishing, and the Tenney State Park offers some incredible hiking. The city also has a large forest, state park, and even a bird sanctuary. If you’re looking to leave the big city behind you and immerse yourself in nature, Methuen is a great option for a place to visit!
Unfortunately there are currently no medical marijuana dispensaries located in town, but with the recent legalization of marijuana for recreational use in the state of Massachusetts, we hope that it will mean that some recreational shops will open their doors to the public in the area in the near future!
