I highly recommend as the previous posters said above Skinner Butte and Owen Rose Garden, They are both private, Skinner Butte has more a view that you are looking for Also, I know that you looking for area in the Eugene area but if you check out Mckenzie Orchards B&B Inn in Spring Field that is very private, The hotels policy is they allow outdoor canabis use in the smoking area. The view is beautiful and it’s a gorgouse inn located on the Mckenzie River and they serve wine and appetizers. Any of the choices would be the best bet. Enjoy (:

Oregon allows sales of Marijuana to anyone over 21, even without medical need. If you really want to get a medical card, you must be 18 years of age. So if you’re 18 and have a medical condition and the approval of a licensed doctor, you are good to go and can get a medical marijuana card and buy plenty to alleviate your condition(s).

You cannot possess marijuana in any airport or on any commercial airplanes. Air travel is under Federal jurisdiction and Federal law does not recognize legal marijuana for either medical or recreational purposes. The TSA would likely confiscate any drugs and possibly report you to other law enforcement agencies. Flying intrastate would not be legal either because the marijuana is illegal as soon as you enter any commercial airport.

Marijuana usage in public is illegal, unless you are in the privacy of your own home, or a friends. If you do not feel like spending tons on a hotel to smoke, you could get a vapor for a discreet way to smoke. Adagio Bud and Breakfast, 1430 Race St. is an option, also Craigslist has postings for 420 friendly places, but use safety always.

Recreational marijuana prices can very in Colorado. In a big city like Denver, prices tend to be much lower than a small mountain town. Almost all retail locations also have a large selection. You might find some low grade stuff for $5 a gram, but the best quality stuff could be over $20 a gram. Some places will give discounts for buying more. For example, $50 eighths or $300 ounces of their best quality and $20 eighths or $100 ounces of their lowest quality.

It is up to the discretion of the police. The TSA upon finding it will refer the matter to local authorities. If you have your green card and only a small amount you will normally be let go. If not, immediate arrest. So the short answer is no. However, if you are a medical patient and you have your card they will either let you slip or toss it away.

Being in Broomfield, Colorado, a great way to spend a fun yet relaxing afternoon is going to the Broomfield Bay Aquatic Center. It is not the best aquatic park in the world, yet it is not crowded so taking a few puffs is fairly possible. If you get hungry, you should totally check into Infinitus Pie, a place where you can have some amazing unique styles of pizza with the freshest ingredients, served by friendly staff. If you decide to spend the night here, you should get a room at the Omni Interlocken Hotel, a resort with a pool, spa, sauna, clean rooms and efficient room service.

If you are in Durango you have to see the Mesa Verde National Park. It’s all open area, so you can smoke anywhere you’d like. This place is an absolute time portal. One of the coolest sites you could visit in all of Colorado in my personal opinion. There are ancient cave dwellings all around the area. It’s basically one of the most important archaeological sites in the entire United States. The place is absolutely mind blowing and it can not be missed. There are also some other ancient cliff dwellings of interest, and some great smoke spots too, in the San Juan National Forest. Check them both out if you can.

Well Alaska has long been known to have used the medicinal plant for a long time so it came as no surprise that it was legalized. The vote for recreational use passed with a slight majority, 53 percent voting for yes and 47 percent voting for no. Now all 21 year olds can have it.

Yes you can receive a DUI from smoking weed in Connecticut. Police officers are trained to detect if someone may be impaired by THC drugs, they will give you a physical test similar to an alcohol test. If you fail you will submit to a urine/blood test, which detects if you were too high to drive.

I always enjoyed having a couple of good beers with my spliff. Passing by Parker, Colorado, making a stop by Elk Mountain Brewing is a wise choice if you feel the same. So light one up and get inside because countless sorts of beer are available and served by a friendly staff in a pleasant surrounding. When you get the munchies, relatively nearby you can find the Indochine Cuisine, a place that feels rather intimate, yet if you don’t feel like hanging around to enjoy your asian gluten free cuisine, a food to god service is always available.

If you like to drink and smoke Telluride has it’s only microbrewery, aptly named the Telluride Brewing Company. If you’re trying to find something scenic and down to earth, check out the Bear Creek Falls. The hike isn’t long and it’s a gorgeous site, especially during the summer. Don’t forget to take a stroll down Main Street while you are there as well. It’s a small town, Telluride, and Main Street offers a variety of cool little shops and locals wares from many different vendors. Bridal Veil hike is also a beautiful hike along white water creeks all the way to Alpine Lake.
