When I visited in the past I went to the waterfall by Palisades park based on a friends’ recommendation. It was cool and chill, especially if you are up for a hike. Other places I went to were Beacon Hill. I want to second that Dishman Hills too. There are places all over if you search well enough.
vapeallthewayzParticipantAlaska allows personal use of marijuana legally for persons 21 years of age or older and the person may grow up to six plants (with up to three flowering) for personal use.
Yes, its different for minor. Its only medical marijuana by medical expert that is legalized for minor that requires such. And in such case, a minor need a statement by parent or guardian that his/her doctor has explained the risks and benefits of marijuana. Also parent or guardian has to be primary caregiver and needs to control possession and use of marijuanavapeallthewayzParticipantWell you cannot go wrong with visiting Friday Harbor nearby San Juan Islands. There are so many great spots, so I will try and let you know about the best ones. I would recommend going to Lime Klin State Park. There is tons of wild life there and just gives you an opportunity to just relax and take it all in. It usually isn’t too busy so it provides so extra privacy too. I would also recommend the American Camp. It has nice rocky and sandy beaches, with lots of walking trails. Another place which isn’t bad but can be a bit busy is Roche Harbor. It has tons of restaurants and all the boats are there.
vapeallthewayzParticipantI’m thinking that if you are mostly interested in privacy and location that your best bet would be to find a pot-friendly hotel (there are many in the Denver area) like the Bud & Breakfast at the Adagio. There are plenty of hotels that you can find, and some of them that are even priced in the $100s per night. Of course, if you’re already living in Denver there are surely cheaper options, but if you’re just visiting and you will need lodging anyway it might be best to select a pot-friendly hotel. Remember that this town has made pot legal, but that doesn’t mean you can just smoke wherever you please!
vapeallthewayzParticipantCripple Creek is an old historically preserved mining town and isn’t exactly loaded with parks and green zones because of the rough terrain that was once mines. The town is surrounded by ridges and trails that you could hike up on to and have a smoke with a view, but it’s not always an easy hike. One place that comes to mind is the hills around Phantom Canyon Road. Otherwise you could smoke up and check out the Outlaw and Lawmen Jail museum, and be thankful you don’t live in the wild wild west, and you’re free to smoke without worrying about being put in jail. There’s also a couple small casinos in town if you feel like gambling.
vapeallthewayzParticipantConnecticut does not honor other states medical marijuana cards. You must obtain a Connecticut prescription or card in order to legally purchase marijuana in the state of Connecticut. Otherwise marijuana possession of up to a half ounce is a civil penalty and 150$ fine. This applies for anyone, locals and visitors alike.
vapeallthewayzParticipantMarijuana in New York was legalized by passing a bill and through voting system. New York state lawmakers voted to legalize marijuana for medical use in 2014, and Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the bill into law on June 2015 and this law has been effective since January 6th 2016. Among all other states, New York’s law has been very strict.
vapeallthewayzParticipantCurrently, Washington is not accepting any applications for marijuana business licenses, but may reopen the application process soon. Licensing is ran by the Liquor and Cannabis board in Washington. Washington has very specific licenses, depending on which part of the marijuana business you are partaking in. Requirements for each license vary greatly when they are accepting applications.
vapeallthewayzParticipantPrices vary based on dispensary and location of where you are buying in Arizona. A gram can cost you around $8-$24, an eight $30-50, and an ounce anywhere from $180-$250. These are varied dispensary prices compared to street prices which can be even more varied. The time of year and the demand can also have an impact on prices in Arizona.
vapeallthewayzParticipantIn Arizona the prices vary between grades of high, medium and low qualities for medical dispensaries. The cost per gram for high quality is $19.71, medium quality is $13.66, low is quality 15.23, The cost per ounce for high quality is $239.82, medium quality is $323.29, low quality is $203.63. The cost per eighth ounce, no record was found.
vapeallthewayzParticipantIt is illegal to smoke in public, however there are a few venues that allow you to smoke marijuana, such as Sancho’s Broken Arrow, 741 E. Colfax Ave, El Chapultepec, 1962 Market St., iBake Lounge, 6125 Washington St.
vapeallthewayzParticipantThe procedure for getting a marijuana business license in Oregon starts with a visit to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission board. There you will find a number of resources available including information guides, applications, checklists and various forms which may or may not be required, depending on your business needs. The place to start is at http://www.oregon.gov. Have fun!
vapeallthewayzParticipantWell I’m not from New York and never been there but I know that the state only allows use for medicinal use. Is that the case? So if you got an MMIC you should have no problem at all. But if its for recreational use I think you should bring your own or just go to a friendly neighborhood/corner and ask for pot to the local drug dealer. The “legal” way would require you to lie and act illegally anyways.
vapeallthewayzParticipantWhile Keizer is a fairly small town in Oregon, there are still some great spots to smoke marijuana. One of the best in my opinion is at Volcano Stadium. They are the farm team for the San Francisco Giants and while you get to see a ball game, you can also just chill and relax since no one is ever at the games. What is better than relaxing on a nice summer night enjoying a smoke and hearing the crack of the bat. They have great food at the concession but there are also some nice restaurants nearby that could feed your appetite as well.
