No you are not allowed to fly with marijuana anywhere in the United States. Because you will be travelling across states, you are subject to United States federal law. Federal laws prohibit the transfer of scheduled drugs so you would most likely run into trafficking charges. It is never a good idea to transport drugs across state lines and if caught, will almost certainly result in significant criminal charges.

I have searched several sites to find the answer to this, and from what I’ve found, you can NOT fly with marijuana in Connecticut, or in other state for that matter. I did read though, that some of the time TSA agents will “look over” so to speak, and let it slip by. Other times they will confiscate it and hand it over to authorities, but you will not be in trouble for this in Connecticut.

You have to be over the age of 21 to legally buy and possess marijuana in Oregon. Recently it was labelled as a recreational drug. The laws are pretty strict but it is legal to possess a certain limit. Essentially, it is now treated like alcohol. If you are under 21 you can get in trouble for possessing, using or being under the influence of marijuana in Oregon.

If you have a Medical Marijuana Card you can visit any of the state-licensed dispensaries in Maine, which you can get from specific doctors in the state. If you are not a resident of Maine, you must have appropriate authorization from another state. Patients must also register in Maine to be permitted to purchase marijuana there, which requires Maine-issued identification.

You have to jump some hoops, but as long as you have a medical marijuana card from your home state you can buy the same way in Maine at a dispensary there. Make sure you have paperwork such as birth certificate, home state id, physician paperwork related to your medical marijuana card.

In Washington, it does not matter what you are under the influence of. If you are not sober, you will get tested and given consequences. They will be given a first, second and third defense if it keeps occurring. The last offense is a mandatory fee that would have to be paid. If the police suspect that you are under the influence at all, they will give you a drug test to see if you are. Everyone has different levels of “high”, it just depends on you.

You need to first have a location in mind, once a location is picked you must provide a lease or rental agreement to the Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office. Next you need to go on their website under “marijuana applications” and submit an application, you need to provide you Alaska Business license number, obtain a MyAlaska account, and complete an operating plan and supplement forms before getting approved.

Yes, there are some differences in punishment, for minors versus adults. Possession of any amount of marijuana is a Class A misdemeanor in New Hampshire. The punishment is a maximum sentence of 1 year in prison, as well as a $2000 (maximum fine). In addition, adults (who are under 21 years of age) will face a driver’s license suspension for ninety days to one year. For minors under the age of 18, they will face a driver’s license suspension for one to five years.

Marijuana in Delaware was legalized by passing a bill and through wining the majority vote. In Delaware Senate the vote ratio was 12-9 to approve the bill that decriminalizes possession and private use of pot. And as per the bill, a person can carry only 1 ounce of the herb and not more than that.

For medical marijuana the patient must be 18 in order to be prescribed marijuana, or have the recommendation of a pediatrician. Otherwise, without a prescription, marijuana is a civil penalty with a fine involving 100$. However, for minors, marijuana possession or use remains and criminal offense and is more harshly punished based on the amount possessed.

Colorado is the state that is known for its great natural beauty so it is never hard to find some cool places to go out and hang out. Some of our favorites in this area are Riverside Park and the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area. They are both located right next to each other and you can have from one to the other in no time at all. There are many great things to see here and you can spend the day walking along the water and finding all sorts of interesting areas to hang out.

This is not an easy task. Having any sort of criminal conviction is grounds to immediately bar you from licensing. Depending on your area the ADHS will accept applications only a few times throughout the year. They will also check the volume of current businesses within your ten mile radius. If you meet these requirements you will begin obtaining the proper permits in a orderly fashion.
