Im pretty sure the locations you were talking about are not private 🙂

But you can always go to one of the many parks in Tacoma and you will probably find a place to smoke there. The Wapato park seems like a nice place with many trees so you can just sit on one and smoke some weed

California is currently considering establishing a 15% tax on medical marijuana state wide. Similarly, some municipalities, such as San Diego, are considering a city tax on medical marijuana. Local municipalities tend to tax marijuana at about 7.5%. The California Assembly has recently passed a tax bill with overwhelming support. A similar bill recently passed the senate as well.

Can I suggest the Ajax Park in Aspen? The park is at the base of the Aspen mountain on the edge of town and is close to the Ute trail and the Ute cemetery. It has a picnic table and is classified as a open space area. It’s also close enough to town to get some good food.

The laws seem fairly cohesive and similar, although there more laws for adults pertaining to the distribution of marijuana to minors. As one would assume the penalties are also different so one could argue that there are one set of laws for adults and one for minors from that stand point. There are concessions for minors to use and possess marijuana in limited capacity medically, so there would a striking difference.

Lewisville Park is a quaint a beautiful park, one of two major parks in the Battle Ground area. I personally recommend this one over the other option, which is Battle Ground Lake State Park. Lewisville Park is just more relaxing and has a better atmosphere and much better scenery. There are picnic benches there scattered across the edge of the water where you could sit and chill and have a good time. The wildlife is fairly abundant there and no one will bother you, plenty of privacy. The other thing to do while you’re in town is visit any of the four wineries.

As of right now whether you can fly with medical marijuana in Arizona is sort of up in limbo. If you have the proper documentation sometimes you will be let off other times you might not be so lucky. This is sort of a personal decision and you have to decide if you want to take the risk or not.

Beaver Lake and Beaver Lake Park is one of my favorites places overall to smoke in all of Sammamish. I personally love the forest scenery in the area, and the pretty view of the lake. There are plenty of fish in that lake too if you’re a fishing enthusiast. There’s also Pine Lake, which pretty much offers the same experience, but it’s personal preference, and I prefer the former. Both have scenic views, a lake to look out over and an awesome forest to putz through, and of course you can smoke anywhere in either of the two places. Check them both out and figure out which one you like better.

This is a real grey area that should not be risked in Delaware. While TSA has commented that they are not actively searching for Marijuana in Delaware, if they come across it they will refer it to Law Enforcement. Even if legally bought, federal restrictions can put you in a hard spot in the airport. Overall it is more risk than it is worth.

You have to be 18 to get a medical marijuana card in Arizona, or have your legal guardian registered as your medical caregiver. Then you are all good to smoke and eat and use as much marijuana as you need to alleviate your symptoms, within certain maximum amounts that can be legally held at any given time.

  • in reply to: What Are Alaska Marijuana Laws For Driving? #13585

Getting high before you drive could get you arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). This is still true even though marijuana is legal for adults. If you are high, you should not drive, bike, or operate machinery. You can be issued a DUI if you drive after smoking weed in Alaska. If stopped by an officer, and obviously impaired, the officer will give you a breathalyzer test, if this reads, you have negative results then they would get a warrant for a blood test and take you to the magistrate.

Marijuana is technically illegal to use on Vail Mountain and in the town of VailThere are no recreational marijuana shops in Vail
Neither of these things present a significant challenge if you want to check out Colorado’s pot shops while you are on vacation in Vail.
You may to have travel out of Vail if you want to try some Colorado Green.
