In 1999 the first law was enacted allowing marijuana to be sold for medicinal uses. These were only under very tight circumstances. The state’s first dispensaries opened in 2011. As of today there are several dozen legal places to buy cannabis throughout the state. As of anywhere else though, public consumption is still a federal crime.

The best place on earth to get high as a kite has to be the Safeway parking lot in Cle Elum, Wa. This has to be the best place because you can go inside and buy anything you want to eat when you are finished blowing the best kush in Washington state. If you don’t want your food to spoil then I suggest you stop by Stella’s cafe’ for a sandwich. If you need a little more for your hunger pains then let us move on to the Caboose bar and grill. This place sticks to the good old western culture and a great homely taste. If you are looking for a site to behold then the Yakima River is the place for you. This place has it all, great fishing, perfect view, nice setting, and the water is great. Cle Elum, Washington is truly the best smoke town of all time.

Mount Talbert Nature Park is a top notch spot that can give you not only the privacy you want, but the scenic views and natural beauty you want while you’re chilling and smoking. There are multiple throughout this four mile park, both paved and unpaved. So you could pick one of the areas that is designed for a casual walk, or blaze your own way through the wooded area or less traveled paths. There is also Happy Valley Park which has shaded picnic areas, concerts in the summer time. There is also plenty of open space there if you are trying to sports or get around and moving more. Both places are nice and suitable for what you are trying to do.

Canby, Oregon is a conservative town. So conservative, that as of yet, Canby does not allow dispensaries to sell marijuana and the state law does not allow you consume in public places. Public places mean those public parks, hallways, lobbies, theme parks, and of course the street just to name a few. in fact, smoking on your front porch if you can easily seen by people passing by can be viewed as using marijuana in public. Public consumption is a Class B violation when can be $1000.00 fine. With that in mind, the best marijuana smoke spot would be a friend’s backyard that is near a restaurant and has gorgeous view along with a privacy fence.

You just have to walk down town and find intriguing people who will be here and there. Those people are experts in guessing who needs marijuana, they’ll come alongside you and will ask for a sale. Anyways remember that the cops will be eyeing all this and finding weed is as easy as getting caught to the cops.

As of now, yes you can get a DUI or drugged driving charge for having any detectable amount of marijuana in your system. Keep in mind, this could mean you could be arrested for this days after you have smoked. Generally levels of thc can be observed, but the line of intoxication is iffy and pretty much up to the discretion of the [hopefully not] arresting officer. It is illegal to use any intoxicating substance and drive a car in the state of Illinois.

There are a handful of dispensaries in New York that provide medicinal marijuana, and none that sell recreational marijuana. Because of the strict legislation, not many are qualified to purchase marijuana as there are only a couple of conditions that are allowed to use it. Furthermore, it cannot be smoked, the companies must process it into another form.

The Yakima Delta Wildlife Nature Area Is a great area for seclusion. Even with the animals there you have minimal risk of being caught and/or being attacked. This park also has rock formations you can sit on top of and look over. Its beautiful and secluded and a part of nature. The amazing thing of this park is you can catch the bus to get here. So no matter where you are in kennwick you can take the public transit system and get to one of your favorite spots in nature and burn a joint or 2 without any risk.
