Waterfall Garden is a really cool and secluded place to smoke depending on how busy it is. It is on 2nd avenue near occidental square downtown.
Discovery Park is another good one. Lots of little secret spots you can duck away at and toke up.

Denny Blaine park on Lake Washington blvd and Bhy Kracke park in queen-anne are probably two of the best kept stoner secrets in the Seattle area. Shhh, dont tell anyone.

In order to obtain a medical marijuana card you have to provide documentation that you are over the age of 18 and you live in California. You also have to have documentation from a licensed physician stating the use for the medical marijuana card. Once you have all the documentation you will be able to buy at least 8 oz of medical marijuana.

The marijuana laws for adults and minors are different. An adult can purchase medical marijuana after they receive a Physician Certification. A minor can, but they would need 2 Physician Certificates by two different doctors. All patients must register with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Medical Marijuana Registry Program.

If you have a medical card from your state and are visiting you will be treated the as a Michigan card holder, and must follow and adhere to the same laws accordingly. If you do not have a medical card marijuana is still illegal and a misdemeanor or more in the state of Michigan. The only exception is Ann Arbor where it is decriminalized and only a small fine.

Between 1998 and 2000, Colorado citizens got initiatives on the ballot to legalize medical marijuana. In 2005 students from two different colleges got an initiate on the ballot and succeeded to legalize recreational marijuana use in the city of Denver, after two college students died from alcohol poisoning. In 2010 Colorado Legislature passes HB10-1284, which legalizes full-scale dispensaries, marijuana cultivation operations and manufacturers for marijuana edible products. On November 6th, 2012, Colorado became the first state in the world to vote in favor of ending marijuana prohibition with about 55% of the Colorado electorate voting in favor Amendment 64.

Recreational marijuana use is not legal in Delaware. However, there is a decriminalization of medical patient use. The penalty for getting caught with possession of marijuana is a $100 civil ticket fine, that can be paid just like a parking ticket. Also, there are no legal dispensaries or establishments that sell marijuana.

t is illegal to drive a vehicle while under the influence of marijuana, alcohol, other drugs, or a combination of substances. When alcohol is involved, a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent of the driver’s blood, by volume, will conclusively establish that the driver is under the influence. If the level is less, the prosecutor can still point to the driver’s actions to prove that he was under the influence.

You can apply for a license to start a dispensary, only medical currently, in Arizona. To apply you must not have a felony conviction on your record, must pay the application fee of $5,000, and have a savings of at least $150,000 in some type of financial institute. Before applying for a license on top of these prior requirements, you must also have a dispensary business plan and a list of possible locations.

In just a few days, the 16th annual Festival on Main is occurring. This is a really fun celebration of the town and tourism. This would be a really fun place to enjoy some smoking and meet new people. Friday’s festivities include six performance stages presenting a wide range of musical acts, fire dancing, magic, comedy, street performers, and group dance performances:

Creede is an old mining town that almost looks like a step back in time. There aren’t really big city attractions there, so get to time travelling and take some time to enjoy the history. You can smoke anywhere in Colorado with common sense so specific spots aren’t an issue. The whole Creede experience is in the Bachelor Loop. You can tour it all by car (it’s 17 miles of road) or stop somewhere and chill out. It’s basically a huge tour of the old mines but it all runs along scenic areas with rivers and the natural beauty of Colorado. There are places along the trail, little museums and centers, that have pamphlets and information about the mining industry.

A friend and I went there for dinner and drinks. We happened to hit happy hour, which has a decent selection of tapas and a few drinks to pick from. Our server Marcus was great; very attentive but not overbearing. Their drinks are strong, even the ones on the happy hour special. I had a fajita salad, and ordered a half size which I still had to take half of it i home. The service was quick, the food was delicious and the drinks were not skimpy.
Twigs is now in the location of the former Macaroni Grill. The decor is inviting and the men has a wide range of selections for food and drink

Poulsbo’s Fish Park would be the best place as far as I know. Having lived in this place for quite some time, I have never ever felt any place as comfortable as this. It’s like you are at home, all alone and can do any stuff there (you know what I mean). This place also includes crowded areas, so try to choose the best time where there will be less teenagers looking for some privacy like us. This is a great place to smoke and take a small nap as well and this of course depends on the spot you chose.
