No, although marijuana is now legal in Colorado, WA and OR, the laws have not changed on the federal level. US airports are governed by federal law which states marijuana is not allowed in secure areas of the airport (beyond TSA security). The U.S. federal government does not allow marijuana on airliners, checked baggage, carry on’s or cargo. Medical marijuana has the same federal restrictions as marijuana used for recreational use.

A very nice place for a relaxing afternoon while in Greeley, Colorado is the Poudre River Trail. What you need to do is meet with a couple of friends, roll, light smoke, rent a couple of bicycles and slowly make your way through this amazing route. After making your way back, check into Texas Roadhouse, a typical Colorado sport bar that serves great food, maybe get a couple of beers. If you decide to spend the night, get a room at the Holiday Inn Express, a place that is always clean, with decent prices, breakfast and fast room service.

You are allowed to fly in-state with medical marijuana provided that you have the right documentation for medical marijuana. It is completely illegal to take marijuana across state lines because it’s much easier to sell this way. Whether or not marijuana in that state is legal, it’s completely illegal to fly across state lines with marijuana. Marijuana should be fine to carry on a plane as long as you stay instate, but keep in mind that you will need the legal documentation to fly with marijuana, or you could end up in trouble.

You can get a medical marijuana card in the state of Delaware at the age of 21. Please note that you will only be able to purchase so much and have to pay an annual feel in order to re-up at the dispensaries. If you are caught in possession without a valid card ypu can be arrested. Also note that a doctor will have to give you a prescription in order for you to apply for your card in the first place. Good luck.

If you are in Brainbridge Island and looking for a fun peaceful walk while enjoying very diverse plants and terrains and lighting up a joint with headphones playing “Three little birds”, then visiting the Bloedel Reserve is the right place to spend a few hours. By the time you get to the ocean you will be probably getting hungry so you should head to the Blackbird Bakery. You might have to stand in line for a little bit since this place is known for its quality products but it will be worth it. If you need to spend the night, the Best Western Plus is most likely the place you are looking for. You will get a very clean room, fast room service and underground parking.

    21. Also, you cannot legally purchase medical pot in Alaska. The only legal way to get marijuana is for you or your caregiver to grow it. The caregiver must pass a background check and be over 21. The state will not help you with this, nor provide seeds or starter plants.

No, you cannot fly anywhere with marijuana. Commercial airports and airlines are under Federal jurisdiction. Marijuana remains illegal under Federal law and the TSA does not respect local law. Where you are flying does not matter as the marijuana becomes illegal as soon as you enter a commercial airport. The TSA may just warn you, but they also could prosecute you.

Pro-legalization groups fought for many years to get medical marijuana on the ballet in Nevada. After creating an initiative, later named “Question 9” due to ballet placement, the pro-legalization groups (there were many that contributed with people as well as with financials) battled to get “Question 9” on the ballet. The most important part was getting the signatures required to get the petition on the ballet. Which they succeeded. Once it was approved and placed on the ballet it received a 65% yes by voters for “Question 9” and making medical marijuana legal in Nevada.

Driving or operating a motor vehicle under the influence of marijuana is a crime in the state of Connecticut. Your first offense is a mandatory 48 hours in jail and fines. They will know right away if you are impaired as they have trained narcotics officers which use a very specific protocol to make the final determination.

The Novel Tree is a good place to go if you want to smoke marijuana. They offer all kinds of marijuana as well as edibles and glassware that is made by locals-which is kind of cool and would make a great souvenir if you’re visiting from out of town. Furthermore, they have long hours so you can get in when it’s convenient for you. They have knowledgeable staff and even offer a loyalty program! For every $500 spent you get a 15% off coupon. The shop is also really clean and conveniently located downtown. There are items in every price point and staff will be happy to help you find just what you’re looking for. Also, because of it’s convenient location, you’ll be central to restaurants, bus stops, hotels, bars, etc.

There are so many different spots in Lacey that you can enjoy a smoke and take in all the beautiful scenery. The Woodland creek community park has so much to offer. Nice places to smoke, walk and enjoy all that nature has to offer! Also if you are looking for some fun I would suggest stopping by Marvin Road Golf and Batting range. For food I would check out the Curry Corner. It is an Indian Vegetarian, Gluten free establishment. Great food and they also have a certificate of excellence. The service is amazing and the food is even better. With the farmers markets, dispensaries, and the beautiful parks it will be a great place to smoke and enjoy!

Well there is really only one thing to do in Newberg and that’s visit wineries. Newberg is home to over 20 different wineries. Too many to list here really, you could not visit them all in one day. Maybe pick that appeal to you, or a couple that are in your travelling preferences, and hit them up. If you are not much of a drinker you could do the outdoorsy thing and hit the trails along Chehalem Creek. These trails are very scenic and offer tons of privacy, and are great if you want to get away and get some privacy to smoke. If you wanted to, you could hike the whole trails all the way up Chehalem Mountains.

Visiting Pagosa Springs, Colorado, one of the best places you can get baked is by the Treasure Falls, but this adventure involves a lot of hiking, and, if you are not in your best physical shape this can get tiring. So what I will suggest is you should get to Wolf Creek Ski resort, take a few puffs than enjoy an entertaining day skiing with your stoner friends. You can find really good and patient ski instructor here if you did not get the hang of this yet. When munchies hit, check out Riff Raff Brewing Company for some distinct food and good beer.
