The Row River Trail has some great hiking and biking trails with plenty of spots to smoke along the way. There is a bridge that goes over a little creek and some nice views in the area around there. Plenty of privacy for sure. Cottage Grove also has a Historic District downtown that is fun to walk around and have a trip down memory lane. Schwarz Park is also a nice little camp ground and nature area you could putz around and smoke where ever there. Saginaw Vineyard is a nice winery if you want to do some wine tasting after you smoke.

Bellevue is a really cool town with lots of different things to do. There are great parks on the east side and of course you have the water and more parks on the westside. Chism Beach park is a really cool park located right on the water that you should take a look at. If you want to try something more clearly and less watery than you could try out Wilburton Hill Park over on the east side of town. At either choice you will find many great places to hang out and spend your day.

The lower trails of the river at Skinner’s Butte Park is supposed to be one of the best places in Eugene to smoke in peace. There are supposed to be nice and quiet areas with low traffic but beautiful scenery. It also has a nice overview of the whole city.

I’ve heard the best spot is go down to Owen beach and then hike into the trees. There is also a place you can grab food before hand called Antique Sandwich company. It is quaint and there are beautiful fallen trees covered in moss. It is supposed to be one of the most beautiful places in Tacoma.

Marijuana has been legalized for recreational use in Oregon for persons 21 years of age and older, therefore minors would not be able to have in possession any amount of marijuana without being penalized by law. A parent or legal guardian however can obtain permission from the state to have a minor participate in the medical marijuana program.

Recreational pot is illegal and heavily enforced in Illinois. Lawmakers aren’t even considering it yet. To obtain a medical card you must be fingerprined, seen by a doctor, and pass a background check prior to paying $150 as a yearly fee just for the card. So if you are interested in coming here to purchase pot you are out of luck.

The marijuana laws are different for minors and majors in Hawaii. A person above 18 years of age can get a Medical Marijuana Card while a minor has to be accompanied by an adult and needs a medical condition/prescription, to buy the herb. Also, selling the drug to a minor is a felony which shall lead up-to 10 years of imprisonment.

There are a few things that differ from adults and minors when it comes to marijuana, such as youth’s that are under 21 and are caught carrying can face a “minor in possession” charge, which can lead to misdemeanors or felony charges. Also since marijuana isn’t legal in every state there is a chance that they will lose their chance at getting financial aid in different colleges. Youths also can lose their license and they might have to take drug counseling classes.

Are the laws in delaware the same for adults and minors? No , the are not. It is illegal to sell marijuana to minors under the age of eighteen. It is also illegal to possess marijuana if you are under the age of eighteen. There are also other trafficking and personal use laws depending on amounts that must be followed.

Obviously the prices of pot in Delaware vary greatly but are notably cheaper, even legally, than neighboring states such as NY. $10-$20 will net you a gram. $35-$50 an eighth, and $50-$100 will get you a quarter. The laws are strict though about crossing state lines with the intent to resell, so be warned. Marijuana is still illegal under federal law.

It is a very bad idea. Even for a first offender a DUI in NH will revoke your license, obligate you to take safety and possibly drug classes, as well as hefty monetary penalties and possible confinement if your driving was endangering people, which makes your crime “aggravated.” A specially trained narcotics officer will make the final determination if you were at all impaired, then that’s it.

While New York has plenty of Marijuana users, and the product is readily available, it is legal only for certain medical conditions. Cannabis has been decriminalized, however, and first offense fines for less than 25 grams start at $100. Bigger fines are possible if the use of Cannabis is displayed in public view. But lots of people in New York use marijuana, especially in New York City, and police resources are usually directed at more serious crimes.
