The name is misleading, as you can both hike and drive it if you want, but Tunnel Drive is a great spot for views across the landscape and outdoor smoking spots with a get back to nature feel. Overall though the biggest place in Canon City is the Royal Gorge. There’s more space than you can imagine there. Plenty of outdoor recreation areas, trails, pretty sights, you can smoke pretty much anywhere. While you are there, you can’t really smoke inside, but I would definitely check out the Royal Gorge Dinosaur Experience. It’s an experience alright. Temple Canyon Park and Red Canyon Park are also both cool hiking spots.

You must be a patient that qualifies under certain health conditions that are listed. For prospective buyers from out-of state, you may not go to the dispensaries and buy the marijuana. You may however, possess marijuana but you have to have brought it from another state upon entering New Hampshire.

To buy marijuana in Washington, simply find a retail outlet. They are plentiful and a quick check of a site like weedmaps.com or leafly.com will reveal which shops are carrying which strains and what the prices are. You could also use a phone directory, or simply walk far enough down any street and you will find it, playa.

This is a town that is known for its great natural beauty so you are not going to have a hard time finding places to go. You could just take a walk around by yourself and you will probably stumble upon something, or you could head to hot Sulphur Springs Resort and Spa. If you want to try something a little different you could head up North to Pioneer Park. There are so many cool things in this town that it will not be too hard to find a nice relaxing area to smoke some weed.

The first dispensary opened it’s doors on July 31st, 2015. After that they slowly have been popping up in different counties along the way. Recently the first one opened on the Las Vegas Strip. Medical marijuana statutes themselves first went on the books in 2008. There is also a proposition coming up in November (2016) to legalize marijuana entirely in the state of Nevada.

Connecticut took a different path than many other states. Instead of being voted on by a ballet, it was pushed by cannabis advocacy groups and eventually led to a bill on May 5 2012 by Connecticut’s state senate. The senate approved the medical marijuana bill and became law when signed by the Governor on June 1st 2012.

Yes, you can get a DUI if you are caught driving under the influence of marijuana in New Hampshire, just like any other controlled substance. If the officer believes you are under the influence of marijuana they will administer a field sobriety test which will check and monitor your behaviors. If you fail this test you will be arrested and charged with a DUI or some equivalent. Marijuana is treated roughly the same as alcohol.

One of the less heard about but still awesome things to do, and places to smoke, is the Caribou Ranch Open Space. Just as the name implies, it’s loaded with open space, and you can plop down anywhere to smoke. The best part about this place is all the wildflowers around the area, it’s very scenic, and awesome for pictures too. Mud Lake and the Mud Lake Trail are an interesting and not too difficult hike through an area that gives a historical feel of the mining days. That is a pretty cool place too. If you need a drink check out the Very Nice Brewing Company downtown.

I think the best spots to smoke at are near the park. You can find private areas in the woods, and I think this is a good spot to connect with nature while you smoke. I like lakes, so a lot of times I try to find parks where I can smoke in isolation and then go for a walk in the park around a lake. I also like to venture out of the city and go for a hike in the mountains while smoking. If you can find the right sort of trail, it can be quite private, plus the views can be fantastic.

With the question of Pagosa Springs, I would ask what element you want to experience the most. If you’re into getting some air and a great sky high view, the Lobo Overlook and Radio Tower offers the view of a lifetime. Also high in the sky is the Chimney Rock National Monument. There’s also Hot Air Balloon rides offered locally, but I don’t know if they’re keen on people smoking on the ride though. If you’re trying to do the Earth thing, take a stroll through the beautiful forest in Elwood Pass. And if you feel most comfortable in water, check out my ultimate overall recommendation for maximum relaxtion; the Rainbow Hot Springs.
