Such a place does not exist. Sorry! They have legalized possession, but have no legal way to purchase recreational cannabis.

Hey there! Recreational and Medical Cannabis dispensaries will both sell cannabis infused edibles in Nevada (if they can keep products on the shelves – which we have been hearing they’re having a lot of trouble with.) Go figure! People seems to really like cannabis!

I hope this answer helped, here you will find our comprehensive Nevada Retail Directory & Map. Let us know how it goes!

Hi there! In Arkansas, you can receive a medical card at the age of 18, or even younger with parental consent. You’re good to go, find a good doctor and make it happen! Good luck!

Absolutely! Blue Dream is a delicious sativa dominant strain that derived from Classic Indica Blueberry and Sativa strain Haze. The strain was born in Northern California and provides not only invigorating euphoria, but also a soothing dose of physical relaxation. It has (in my opinion) one of the best flavors and smells out there! Enjoy and let us know what you think! Some of our favorite Blue Dream producers out here are Artizen, Dawg Star (although they call their Blue Dream Berry Haze) – but many many producer/processors out here have made that strain a staple! Godspeed!

    Hey there,

I’m so sorry to hear about the terrible situation your buddy is in, that sounds terrifying! I’m sorry I don’t have a ton of great advice, but what I would recommend is checking out our Louisiana Cannabis Lawyers page and finding a legal professional. Good luck, and godspeed! I hope this helps!

    Hey there,

Unfortunately, Texas’ Compassionate Use Act that recently legalized MMJ won’t go into effect until September 1, 2017. That being said, Texas is still going to make it exceptionally difficult for individuals to even receive the doctor recommendation necessary to be granted a MMJ card.

Here’s some more info about what will be legal come Sept. 1

“When the bill goes into effect, the Texas Department of Public Safety will oversee the program.

The prescribed dosage would be a low-THC marijuana that has 10 percent or more cannabidiol (CBD) and not more than 0.5 percent tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana that gives users the “high” associated with the drug. CBD is also a marijuana extract with purported medical benefits, but does not give users a “high” feeling.

All authorized patients have to be diagnosed with intractable epilepsy, be under the care of an authorized doctor, have tried two FDA-approved drugs found to be ineffective, and be a permanent resident of Texas.”

Given this info, I wouldn’t be too hopeful about legally being able to bring your medicine with you. Hopefully one day Texas wises up, but until then, good luck and be careful!
