Don’t we all just love bugs? I’m kidding, we don’t. Yet if you can get behind the creepiness of the idea while you are in Bremerton, making a visit to the Bug Museum after getting stoned might not be such a bad idea. So get ready to have your skin crawling seeing these creepy crawlers in full action because a huge ant farm is right there! While you’re at it, you might as well pet a snake or an iguana, since there is also a display of reptiles to which you can get as close as you wish.

Having grown up in Bellingham, this one is easy. You have to check out Whatcom Falls. This area is fantastic, and during the week, is quite sparse. You’ll get more traffic on the weekends. The link for the map is https://www.cob.org/documents/parks/parks-trails/trail-guide/whatcom_falls.pdf. It’s a great spot that is friendly so you shouldn’t be turning too many heads! It’s definitely the most private area too!

You have to be careful because of some crowds, but Skidmore Bluffs sits atop the cliffs. It’s an absolutely awesome place to be to smoke a joint. The best time to go is essentially anytime other than sunset, so unfortunately you’ll lose out on the best scenery. However, if you can wander a little further south, it clears out and you should be able to find a safe spot. Also, you can’t smoke here, but check out Ground Kontrol for old-school video games.

I went to visit my cousin about six months ago. He and I went over to Alton Baker Park around 7pm. It was absolutely gorgeous. There is a ton of great scenery around the lake, so we went for a stroll after hanging out for a bit. Everyone was very friendly. We noticed a few people there for the same reason that we were too. Check out this park if you are in the area.

It might be a little too popular but Cliff Drive offers a fantastic view of Spokane. I would recommend going early in the morning or maybe mid afternoon during the week. It gets a little crowded with teenagers looking to “hold hands.” Bottom line though – it’s a great spot to chill. Most likely you could probably find a few other people if you were in a social mood, but stick with the times that I mentioned and you could also have a relaxing night.

    Enjoy!

Just off of Southwest Spruce Street, to the south east of the American Legion Baseball park, is a parking lot. You could park there and take a small walk down to a clump of trees on the north shore of the Rogue River. You’d have a really nice view of the river and have some privacy as well. Once you’re done, a short drive back across the river will bring you to a number of places to eat, including a DQ, Dutch Bros, JD’s Sports Pub (which has been rated fairly well by those who’ve eaten there) and a pizza place.

It is illegal to take marijuana through a TSA checkpoint, so it is not advisable. Many users report no problems with bringing small amounts of marijuana wrapped in smellproof containers, through a TSA checkpoint with no issue, however it is still illegal. Private air travel may be subject to dofferent regulations.

In general, the answer is no. Under federal law marijuana is an illegal Schedule 1 narcotic deemed to have a “high potential for abuse and no medical value.” The federal law doesn’t distinguish between medical marijuana and recreational marijuana – any form of the substance is illegal. Since airports, airspace, and airplanes all fall under federal jurisdiction, anyone found flying with medical marijuana is at risk of being detained, arrested, and prosecuted under federal law.
However, TSAs official policy has stated they are not specifically looking for marijuana and if they do happen to find it in a routine search, it’s largely up to the individual TSA agent to decide how to respond. In states where medical marijuana is legal, anecdotal evidence suggests local police will often verify a passenger’s documents and allow them to fly with medicinal cannabis if everything is in order.

There is currently no tax on marijuana in Delaware. As the state has recently adopted the legalization of Marijuana, The state itself is still fine tuning it’s rules and regulations and will most likely be adopting new rules once the committees has submitted their recommendations to the governor. It is believed at this time that Delaware is going to take a look at all other states that currently have marijuana sales in their state and see what best would work for them.

Rock park is a great place to smoke up! You can climb to the top of a mesa and there’s not only a great view, but close proximity to a Mexican restaurant, as well as your standard fast food joints. You could also go to the Ridgeline Open Space, which is a beautiful hiking area with 13+ miles of trails. Ridgeline is going to have probably the most privacy of the two because there are numerous trails to walk down, and it also happens to be really close to the Castle Rock Zipline Tours, which would be amazing to do when you’re high.

So first and foremost I would recommend Gunnison National Forest. It is one of the best places to go for a great hike and the views there are tremendous. Nothing better than taking a great hike and relaxing with a nice joint. After finishing up there are a number of restaurants around as well to satisfy your hunger. Blue Mesa Fishing is nearby as well and provides you with a spectacular day out on the water going fishing. It doesn’t provide a ton of privacy, but the experience is something you will never forget. Nothing like a nice relaxing day out on the water!
