Actually the laws are stricter than some states when it comes to marijuana in Washington. The same provisions apply to tourists. While laws have been enacted “decriminalizing” recreational use, under federal law you can and will be charged. The only way to be safe is to smoke only in private areas away from the general public. You may purchase your weed here at a dispensary as a safer option then carrying it on your person or vehicle.

Marijuana is only legal in the state of Arizona for medical purposes; in order use marijuana, you have to have a valid ARIZONA medical marijuana card and be obeying the law. Thus, if you’re card is not officially you registered, you are not permitted to use marijuana. Even if you do have a card, there are still some restrictions. For instance, you cannot use medical marijuana on a college campus, nor can you use marijuana while possessing a firearm. Be careful–even the smell is enough for probable cause for you or your property to be searched.

Medical marijuana dispensaries are open in Hawaii for both locals and tourists. If you need marijuana for pleasure, you need to get it from a local and this is illegal. The law is same for both the locals and the travellers. Also remember that you cannot fly with the herb, so you cannot take it from home as well.

In Michigan, possession of marijuana is a misdemeanor. It does not matter if you are a minor or an adult. Age is irrelevant when it comes to marijuana possession or use in Michigan. Only the act itself is punished, with a fine up to $2000 or up to a year in jail for possession, and a fine of $100 and 90 days in jail for smoking marijuana in any location. Judges have considerable discretion in sentencing.

The issue of whether you can travel on airplanes with marijuana is complicated by the fact that TSA agents are federal government agents, and marijuana is still illegal on the federal level. Crossing state lines with marijuana is still a crime, even if you start off in Oregon. Theoretically speaking, if you fly in-state, you should be able to carry your recreational marijuana on the airplane, but do not be surprised if you are questioned by a TSA agent if they find it in your luggage.

The prices can vary depending on the location. Locals in New Hampshire as a whole are reporting marijuana prices of approximately $10 to $20 a gram. $40 to $50 an eighth. $80 to $100 a quarter. And anywhere from $250-$350 on average for an ounce. The quality of said marijuana seems to range from medium to high grade. Some locals have complained of short supply for high grade marijuana and overprice from local dealers due to it’s still illegal status apart from medical prescriptions.

Since under the federal law, marijuana is an illegal schedule 1 narcotic deemed to have a “high potential for abuse and no medical value”, federal law does not distinguish between medical and recreational marijuana—any form of the substance is illegal. Anyone found flying with medical marijuana is at risk of being detained, arrested, and prosecuted under federal law.
But the TSA official policy states they will not look specifically for marijuana and are more concerned with passenger safety. Most cases where TSA agents find marijuana in a search are up to the individual agent to decide.

No, you cannot fly anywhere with marijuana. Commercial airports and airlines are under Federal jurisdiction. Marijuana remains illegal under Federal law and the TSA does not respect local law. Where you are flying does not matter as the marijuana becomes illegal as soon as you enter a commercial airport. The TSA may just warn you, but they also could prosecute you.

You are not allowed to bring pot with you on an airplane no matter where you fly. Only if you are a legal resident with a valid card should you even be in possession of the stuff. It is still a federal law that pot is not legal. You run the risk of being detained or arrested at the minimum. It isn’t worth the risk.

White River National Forest is by far the most beautiful place. You won’t have to go far to find an ideal spot. The river is gorgeous and the wildlife is teaming. I could spend weeks there camping if I had the chance. I have seen others toking it up in the area too, and it seems like it is a friendly area. I’d say to bring your fishing pole as well!

Marijuana is not currently legal for recreational use in Nevada. While it is decriminalized, it is not legal. Punishment for a first time offense comes with no jail time and is a $600 fine, but still a misdemeanor on your record. If you go through the process of the Medical Marijuana non resident card you can buy from any of the dispensaries in Nevada.

What a fantastic spot on the doorstep of a vibrant little city and some of the best beaches in the world. We were welcomed with both arms by the owners. Both were very bubbly and knowledgeable people of the local area. The house is stunning, and holds so much history. Everything was of the highest quality which gave your stay that little bit if luxury. The lodge is set on some beautiful grounds and instantly makes you relax. The breakfast was very tasty and we even decided to have dinner too over a few of New Zealand’s finest wines. With the hot Northland sun beaming down, the pool was another feature. Would definitely return and would highly recommend.
