Drake Park is really cool to smoke because of the scenery, the waterfall trail is very popular. Is relatively safe to smoke in the parks downtown because the cops patrol the trails regularly. Also, you can smoke while walking in another part of the city because cops don’t patrol the sidewalks of other neighborhoods as much as they do in downtown.

The marijuana laws are different for minors and majors. A person who is 21 or older can possess and grow cannabis. For now, only medical marijuana patients in Oregon can buy starter cannabis. A minor cannot buy the herb/drug until and unless he/she has a medical condition and has to be accompanied by a major. Anyone who sells marijuana to a minor may be charged with a class C felony, punishable with up to five years in prison.

Maine has proposed a 10 percent retail sales tax, in addition to the state’s 5.5 percent sales tax on marijuana and the first $30M in tax revenue from marijuana sales would be spend on construction for schooling buildings. Secretary of State Matt Dunlap gathered more than 61,123 signatures in support to qualify for the ballot. This clears the way for the petition to be submitted to the Legislature.

Connecticut has not legalized marijuana. Possession of under 1/2 oz has been decriminalized, but still carries a heft fine. Possession of larger amounts will likely lead to jail time. They have a medical marijuana program which started in 2012. You need a card which is issued by doctor to be a part of the program. There are a number of qualifying medical conditions that make one eligible for the program. It is very difficult to obtain one of these cards. There are no laws exempting tourists from the general penalties for marijuana possession.

No, even though there have been considerable efforts to both reduce punishment and decriminalize marijuana, the laws are the same for all people regardless of origin and considered to be rather harsh in that they punish even the smallest possession amounts with fines of up to $2,000 and potential incarceration for up to one year.

There is no age limit in Colorado to apply for a medical marijuana card in Colorado. If you are under 18 you must have a caregiver apply for you. The caregiver can also grow and distribute marijuana to the minor patient. If you want to apply for yourself, you would have to be over the age of 18.

In general, the answer is no. Under federal law, marijuana is a illegal Schedule 1 narcotic deemed to have a “high potential for abuse and no medical value”, Federal law does not distinguish between medical and recreational marijuana. Any form of the substance is illegal. Since airports, airspace, and airplanes all fall under federal jurisdiction, anyone found flying with medical marijuana is at risk of being detained, arrested, and prosecuted under federal law.
However, TSAs official policy has stated that they are not specifically looking for marijuana and if they do happen to find it in a routine search, it’s largely up to the individual TSA agent to decide how to respond.

Can you get a dui for driving under the influence by smoking weed in Oregon? Yes, you can. You must be very careful if you have been smoking weed in oregon. The police can and will charge you with driving under the influence if they suspect that you are under the influence of pot. They will use the same parameters to determine if you are high, that are used for drinking. Appearance and behaviour, there is a wide range of factors.

Yes, you can get a DUI if you are caught driving under the influence of marijuana in Delaware, just like any other controlled substance. If the officer believes you are under the influence of marijuana they will administer a field sobriety test which will check and monitor your behaviors. If you fail this test you will be arrested and charged with a DUI or some equivalent. Marijuana is treated roughly the same as alcohol.

There are some interesting places in this town to go and one of the coolest will be the Indian Hot Springs. This is a fun place where you can go hang out and smoke a bowl. You could also try out Courtney Riley Cooper Park which is located on Main Street. This is a fun area to go with a nice nature trail and many things to do around town. You can head over to Smokin Yard’s BBQ just down the street and have yourself a nice meal afterwards.

Well, as you mentioned if you are the outdoors type person there are parks all around. However, if you are visiting you may not know about one of my favorite places. I don’t know about you, but as for me I love waterfalls. In Telluride, Colordo you can find Bridal Veil Falls, it is approximately 365 feet tall, and I believe it is the longest free-falling waterfall in Colorado. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and there is plenty of space there to find yourself in a secluded spot with little to no interruptions from people passing by. I would even suggest making a day trip of this place because you can bring a picnic basket, and possibly a loved one and just enjoy each other, the view, the tranquility, good food, and of course, your smoke.

Visiting Tri-Cities, any local can tell you that the main attraction and the largest natural resort is the Howard Amon Park. So a nice relaxing afternoon watching the ducks from a bench while rolling a spliff sounds like the natural thing to do. By the time you are done throwing rocks in the river, the place you need to go for food and most importantly, one of the best wine tasting place around is the Goose Ridge Winery. WithfFriendly staff and good prices, this place will make the rest of your day very enjoyable.
