Whatcom Falls Park is a gorgeous and chill place to toke. Just, as always, try to stay out of open view because you never know who is gawking. There is a waterfall, a fishing pond, and trails so plan to spend the whole day here having a nice relaxing time!

Deschutes National Forest is by far the most beautiful place. You won’t have to go far to find an ideal spot. The river is gorgeous and the wildlife is teaming. I could spend weeks there camping if I had the chance. I have seen others toking it up in the area too, and it seems like it is a friendly area. I’d say to bring your fishing pole as well!

Minto-Brown Island Park right off the Willamette River is a great spot. There are both open and wooded areas but be sure to bring the bug repellent. A small hike through the trees to find a toke spot then a relaxing walk to the river is always great. Plus you can bring your dog if you want and the people seem really friendly there on most occasions. It is the largest park in the whole area.

I’d check out Cougar Mountain Regional Wildlife Park. It is huge and gorgeous, although you may have to go on a walk to find your preferred comfortable toke spot. Not a problem unless you don’t like fresh air and beautiful scenery. If it is raining, you can always take hits in the parking lot. Once you have partaken, Dick’s Drive in is pretty famous for eating when you have the munchies…plus now famous because it was actually in the Munchies series.

The River Bank Trail is a fun place to walk and toke. Skinner Butte Park is along that trail and while it does get busy and has lots of crowded playgrounds for kids, it is easy to get lost in the trees near the river. Now I’m not saying you can break out the triple chamber bong there, but definitely a discreet joint or dab pen would be great…even a pipe. You will love the scenery.

As far as I know there is still a ban on public smoking, and since you never know who the narks and taddle tales are, it’s best not to be seen. Having said that, I’d say that they VERY BEST bet would be to actually get someone to drive you North on Foothill Road so that you can toke it up on a stoner drive there. It is a very nice place for a cruise to relax and get away from the city.

In California, any minor under the age of 21 who is convicted of a marijuana offense faces a 12-month drivers license suspension. The offense does not have to be driving related, either. Simple possession will lead to license suspension for anyone under the age of 21 in California. This is in addition to any other fines imposed during conviction.

There are no age limits in Nevada when it comes to medical marijuana. Anyone that is under 18 will need to get a signed release from their parents or legal guardians but that can easily be obtained. So anyone of any age is allowed to get medical marijuana in the state of Nevada

The first major steps taken for Washington to legalize marijuana was to create a initiative for voters to vote for. Pro-legalization groups worked on this in the beginning of 2012, creating a basis of what the voters would vote on. This pro-legalization groups then had to petitions the votes before bring in to the board of elections. Once it was brought to the board of elections, it was approved. It made it onto the 2012 November ballet, where it surpassed the votes needed and passed.

There are plenty of good spots in the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge to have a good smokes. It’s a little dangerous since there is usually a couple guards, but if you manage to get a nice isolated spot in there the experience it’s fantastic. There are lots of animals so there is plenty to see while smoking and the shadow of the trees makes it perfect for the summer smokes. There are also a couple of lakes which contribute to the nice views. Along the Refuge there are some places to grab food so whenever the hungry arises you can quickly grab something to eat.

The steps taken for Michigan to legalize medical marijuana is similar to other states who voted it in. The first step is always starting an initiative, in this case “Proposal 1” was drafted up in early 2008. With heavy support from pro-legalization groups, “Proposal 1” was able to petition the proper amount of signatures to be able to bring “Proposal 1” to the board of elections. Once it was approved, it made it onto the ballet for November 2008, where it approved with 63% voting yes on the proposal.

If you are referring to medical marijuana, then as early as 2000 Nevada citizens voted on “Question 9,” a constitutional amendment legalizing the possession and use of medical marijuana for authorized patients. Since then much progress has been made along the way to get medicine in the hands of patients. The battle to decriminalize still continues, as Nevada state laws still charge marijuana possession with a misdemeanor. There is another proposition coming up in November to legalize, which has been shot down twice thus far in Nevada.
