Sparks Lake is an amazing spot to smoke. Not very far from Bend, and just the perfect, most serene place around. Lots of space and just my favorite spot to chill in when I lived in Bend. The lake itself is just beautiful to look at and swim in if you’re down.

There is just something about getting high outdoors and enjoying the great natural scenery that is around you. Well if you were looking for some cool places to do that here then you should check out Ellensburg Park, and Irene Rinehart Riverfront Park. These are two really great places with lots of great natural beauty that you should check out. Bring a bowl or a roll and you can have a great time smoking your good weed and chilling out for the afternoon. Who knows you may even bump into a few other like-minded stoners and be able to have a nice smoking session together with them.

Yes, you can get a DUI if you are caught driving under the influence of marijuana in California, just like any other controlled substance. If the officer believes you are under the influence of marijuana they will administer a field sobriety test which will check and monitor your behaviors. If you fail this test you will be arrested and charged with a DUI or some equivalent. Marijuana is treated roughly the same as alcohol.

Note: Applications for medical, retailers, growers, producers and processors are not being accepted at this time. Apply online with ‘My DOR’. Login using your SAW (secure access Washington) user ID or register if you don’t have one. File your Business License Application (BLA) and select the endorsements for which you wish to apply.

Everything I can find doesn’t differentiate between penalties for minors and adults. However, I did discover that there are much harsher penalties for marijuana related charges than alcohol related charges when it comes to minors. Most possession charges are all seen as misdemeanors, except for some cases where the possession charge is acquired in a public park. Sale and cultivation charges are basically all felonies though.

You must approach chief of the DOH Office of Health Care Assurance. The Hawaii Department of Health is responsible for administering two distinct but related medical marijuana programs. It can be very costly but very profitable in terms of gross sales and you can make generous profits. It would require investment of $3 million to $5 million and application fee of $5,000 along with a $75,000 license fee upon acceptance. You must have funding, business plan, legal advice, and security plan it will be competitive and merit-based. I would suggest you to contact consultants to make the process easier.

Oregon is one of the easiest states to purchase marijuana, and can be bought at any dispensary as long as you are over the age of 21. Measure 91 passed in Oregon at the end of 2014, and opened up legal recreational sales in the middle of 2015. You do not need anything but an ID and money to buy from dispensary in Oregon.

If swimming by the sea lions after getting your morning buzz is not appealing to you then… you must not be smoking the right thing! While passing by Oregon’s Coos Bay, you should totally visit Cape Arago State Park. With numerous peaceful vistas and secluded beaches, all you have to do is choose a place, since you just can’t go wrong! So if you’re done with your nude beach tanning and chasing the sea lions, don’t forget to go all the way and check out Cape Arago’s lighthouse!

Hawaii first allowed seriously medically ill people to use marijuana for medical relief back on June 14, 2000, under the Act 228, Session Laws of Hawaii 2000. In January 2015 the HB 321 was introduced this allowed for medical marijuana dispensaries. It was passed by the House and Senate Legislature of Hawaii in the subsequent months. On July 14/15, 2015 Governor David Ige signed HB 321 and SB 1291 which prevents discrimination of medical marijuana patients.

Coleman Park has great places to walk around and a beautiful waterfront view to choose from. There are places literally everywhere that you could smoke at, all with scenic sights included free. The lake there is probably the best part, so I would recommend having a seat down by the water and mellowing out properly. If you are looking for the opposite of private and really think you have guts, go back into town and make a stop at the worlds only public bathroom with see-through walls. I wouldn’t do it though. Cooper Lake State park also has little piers or walkways you can walk out onto the water with. That’s a pretty cool spot too.

There is no specific limit in Alaska as to how old you need to be to get it. Of course, as a minor, you need a parent or a guardian to be your primary caregiver, who can apply for and get the medical marijuana based on your medical condition.

Sure. You have to pass a criminal background check. The city in Oregon has to approve of your idea and you need to establish a proper building and LLC. Then you need to pay several hundred dollars in application fees before a final installment of $4,750 upon licensure approval. You need a lot of capital to do this in Oregon. Good luck!

The price of weed is so different in every city in California. It ranges from $15-20 a gram, $40-$60 an eighth, and $250+ per ounce. Every city and suburb and rural population is exponentially different, more so than almost any other state in the nation. Your best bet would be to get top-shelf cannabis from a legal medical dispensary.

New Hampshire has recently made medical marijuana legal. It happened in March of 2016 and they are following the trend that is going across the country at a rapid rate. Before long hopefully all states will be adopting the same policy. It was nice to see you New Hampshire get on board.

Yes, as long as you don’t leave the state at any point you should have no problems having marijuana on you while flying. If your flying in state the majority of the time you may be on a small bush plane with no security screening either way. TSA does not bother with marijuana related substances unless you have broken a law. For example if you were in a state where it is illegal.
