For me its American lake. We stop at Youngs Quick Stop right around the corner and fill up on munchies before heading there, I love to look at nature so me and my friends walk along the beach, burn a few and sit and watch the sun set. Its an awesome spot with great privacy.

Yes you can receive a DUI in New York from being high on Marijuana. Police officers are trained to detect drivers that may be impaired. They can either pull you over after determining impairment, or if you are going through a check point and are obviously impaired to the officer you will be stopped. You’ll be asked to do a physical test to determine impairment. If you are thought to be impaired you’ll have to take a urine or blood test to determine THC levels. If you refuse your license will be suspended for a year.

Since the passing of proposition 215 in November of 1996, anybody in California may be given a medical marijuana card over the age of 18. Now you can also get a medical marijuana card if you are under the age of 18 with parental consent. So as long as you have a parents permission you can possess a medical marijuana card in California.

Right now the tax is 25 percent for sales in medical dispensaries and this will continue until 12/31/16. After that the base tax rate will be 17%. However, up to 3% additional local taxes will be allowed depending on city and county law. So the tax will be between 17 and 20% after 12/31/16. It is estimated the state will collect 43 million in pot taxes this year which is larger then initially expected.

Riverside park is a lovely little park filled with ducks and nature walks throughout its available land. It’s fairly private, but also local and easily accessible. Downtown you can smoke anywhere outside, and there are lots of little pubs, restaurants and shopping options available if you want to stay public. Also while you are there you might want to check out the Glass Forge, which is a really cool place for artisan glass works. A county park is also right near by from this location and you could head over there and smoke if you wanted to. If you like animals there is a public animal education and rehabilitation center in town too.

The laws are the same for adults and minors other than the fact that youth offenders will see a mandatory of 6 months of driver license suspension for marijuana offenses that go beyond a ticket. This is usually for possession of heavy amounts of marijuana that can be seen as possible dealing of marijuana.

There’s two places I would recommend, one with still water and tranquility, and the other with moving water and the raw powerful beauty of nature. For the former, your spot is Sunset Bay State Park, which offers relaxing beaches to sit on with a few of a pristine still body of water in front of you. You can also hike around the many trails and view the sea cliffs. If that’s too boring, the Golden and Silver Falls State Natural Area offers magnificent waterfalls to provide the view of the lifetime. If you’re not outdoorsy at all, burn one down and putz along the Coos Bay Boardwalk.

Prior to applying to start a marijuana business in Colorado, one must be a current resident and have lived in the state for at least two years. Besides being at least 21 years old, you must have a clean record with no controlled substance convictions, or any other felony convictions, as well as any other criminal history that suggest that you may not be of good, moral character. This also applies to those who assist you, finance you, and/or work for you. If you fulfill these requirements, you may apply to the Marijuana Enforcement Division for the license.

The state of Michigan was able to legalize marijuana by following the ways that other states have done it before. The citizens of the state rallied together and let the legislators know that they really wanted this to be legalized. The legislators took note and were able to get a bill in place that would allow it to be legalized.

An Arizona Legalization of Recreational Marijuana Amendment did not appear on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Arizona as an initiated constitutional amendment, but will likely appear on the 2016 ballot, instead. The measure, which was being sponsored by the group, “Safer Arizona,” would have asked voters if the state constitution should be amended to allow citizens 18 years of age and older to grow, smoke and possess marijuana for purposes other than medical use. As the result of a 2010 ballot question, medical marijuana was legal in the state as of the proposal of this measure.

Marijuana is illegal in the state of Nevada. Possession of less than 1oz of marijuana has been decriminalized but still carries a fine. Possession larger amounts outside of the medical marijuana program is a criminal offense and could lead to jail time. There is a medical marijuana program that offers people with qualifying medical conditions access to medicinal marijuana. Medical dispensaries opened in 2015.
