Since marijuana is legal to smoke in the area, but illegal to smoke in public, Denver business owner Ryan Connolly, who operates Grassroots Clothing and the 710 Cannabis Cup, made it legal to smoke in an unused spot in his clothing shop. Also, Odd Fellows, and the Elks Club are legal places to smoke marijuana.

Point Defiance is full of great locations. There are several secluded beaches with some nice large pieces of driftwood to sit on. Or you could hike further into the woods for a more secluded experience. There’s several trails and decent access by car. Just be careful and aware of your surroundings before you chose a good location. It is a fairly popular park.

Yes you can get a DUI. It is illegal to drive under the influence of any drug including marijuana in the state of New York. Any amount of marijuana detected in your blood or urine after a test could lead to a charge of drugged driving. I suggest you do not risk it.

There are currently 4 states that currently impose or will soon levy taxes on recreational marijuana. Those states are Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. At the present moment in the state of Arizona, there are no taxes yet on recreational or medicinal marijuana. However, there are currently initiatives being proposed that might have the excise tax on recreational/medicinal marijuana to be set at 15%. Since these proposed initiatives has not yet passed, there are currently no taxes on marijuana in the state of Arizona.

You need to have about $1.5 million in the bank. You need to be in control of a city-approved building 1,000 feet or more from churches and schools. You need to pay a bi-annual fee. You need to submit various other applications as well. You must pass a background check. In short, this is no easy feat.

Frisco Adventure Park is maybe the coolest place in Frisco. You can smoke outside most places there with obvious discretion and respect. There is a disc golf course there, which I personally enjoy playing with friends and doing that whole thing. Or you could get real brave and do one of the sleigh rides. I don’t think you can smoke on the sleigh though. The Gatherhouse is another cool place to check out in town. They do glass blowing there and all kinds of neat stuff you might be interested in. If you want mellow and private as possible, go to Rainbow Lake.

Here’s how, it’s actually really easy to sneak marijuana on a plane and fly with weed here in the Illinois United States. With the laws in most states geared towards medical marijuana, people have been asking if you can bring weed on an airplane legally or even sneak it on a plane without a medical card. Yes, just put it in your carry-on bag. That’s it. But you need Airport Security Approved smell proof bags.

There in Happy Valley must be some forest’s or green zones, I have not been there but some friends have and they have told me that there’s some beautiful forest’s but not exactly sure where. I know of some weed dispensaries in Oregon like Foster Buds or Brothers Cannabis Club, maybe if you go and ask someone there you can get some useful information. Also, I have heard of some recreational stores and pot bars that have some nice ambience and food, in case you need more information I recommend you to go to leafly.com and use their search engine to find some of that. Hope it was useful!

Right now New Hampshire is not open to applications for licenses to start a dispensary or any other marijuana related business. Current dispensary have had a hard time opening or operating due to hurdles at state level. It has gotten so bad that medical marijuana patients have ventured out of the state to acquire the medical marijuana. For the future the best thing you can do is ensure you have liquidity assets in the 100k-250k and a business plan, those are two major licensing requirements for almost all states.

The steps for New York to legalize marijuana was to craft the Compassionate Care Act, which was pushed by pro-cannabis advocacy groups. For the Governor and state legislative to consider passing a medical marijuana bill took this push by these groups to start forming the Compassionate Care Act, which passed the state assembly and senate in June 2014 and then signed by Governor Cuomo in September 2014.

Technically the entire Rocky Mountain National Park is part of Grand Lake, but that’s the obvious choice. That place is so big you could lost and die, and it’s pretty cliche place to go first. For a unique local experience, that is right up you’re alley, go to the beaches at Grand Lake. It’s not too far out of the way, and although there might be some people there, you can really smoke wherever, and there are plenty of spots to be private and still enjoy the area. If you want to do some easy hiking, the Bowen Gulch Trail has a very scenic view of the mountain you won’t forget.

Under few conditions marijuana is allowed to be taken while flying only if it is for medicinal purposes. But if you are not a proper person to hold marijuana which needs certain license type forms a law enforcement firm will be notified for verifying and since federal law says carrying any kind of marijuana is illegal you have to answer people to get clearance.

There are a lot of things needed before applying for a license to open a marijuana business in Nevada. One of the biggest ones being having a minimum of $250,000 of liquid assets. You must also have fingerprints on file, with a consent for an FBI background check. A prospective business plan and a letter from the local government (county) saying your proposed plans are within regulation, these are all minimum requirements before applying for a license.

Nevada has one of the biggest medical marijuana dispensaries in the country. You can actually find all sorts of great, huge dispensaries around cities like Reno and Las Vegas. If you have a medical card, you can access any of these shops. You could also search websites like Reddit to find connections with actual people.

Mount Hood National Forest is by far the most beautiful place. You won’t have to go far to find an ideal spot. The river is gorgeous and the wildlife is teaming. I could spend weeks there camping if I had the chance. I have seen others toking it up in the area too, and it seems like it is a friendly area. I’d say to bring your fishing pole as well!
