I would have to second Alton Baker Park. It truly is a beautiful and peaceful place. The scenery is great, and the overall atmosphere is very chill. The walking trails are very well kept-up, and you won’t feel out of place there when you light up. Lots of people go there because of how relaxing and beautiful it is. I would “high”ly recommend it. See what I did there… 🙂

Arizona has voted for the legalization of medical marijuana by a vote of 50.13, barely making a majority. Proposition actually failed many times before it was finally voted for. Arizona very first dispensary opened in April of the year 2013. In the current year 2016, there are many dispensaries in the state.

In November of 2014 Alaska became the fourth state to legalize recreational marijuana. As of current, no dispensaries are selling recreational marijuana in Alaska, but businesses have been approved for licenses to grow marijuana for recreational purposes. The first retail selling licenses for recreational marijuana are expected to come towards the end of the 2016 year.

There is one thing Frisco, Colorado is known for the most the the tourists : kayaking and canoeing. Yet since I’d hate it if water would put out my spliff, I would go to Frisco Adventure Park for a tour with a mule drawn sleigh. Doing this, you will be able to enjoy a great ride through the piles of snow without being cold since you will be covered with thick fur blankets. At the end of the destination, you will find a canvas tent where you will satisfy your munchies with good food while the atmosphere with be maintained by live music.

If you go to Alamosa, Colorado and feel like relaxing and taking a few puffs with a couple of friends, the Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs Pool is a great choice. This place does not lack space and privacy and also has a Greenhouse which is a great getaway from the sun. If you share my passions for mexican cuisine, as soon as you feel like you’re good to go, check into Calvillo’s Mexican Restaurant for some amazing food with the freshest ingredients. In addition to satisfying your munchies here, the mood will be set by live music.

By far the best spot to get privacy and amazing views is the Hanging Lake park and trails. It’s a bit of hike, but you can do as much of it as you want and find a spot anywhere to smoke at. All through the trails there are many waterfalls and other pretty nature sights. Plus there’s little spots by some of the more prominent waterfalls where you could just sit and chill out for a while if you wanted to. If you want to do something else cool you could go see Doc Holliday’s Grave and maybe smoke one with Doc. It’s a small hike to get up to the grave site and there’s usually no one up there.

Driving under the influence of marijuana, alcohol, or a combination is a crime in Hawaii. A driver is under the influence when the drug, alcohol, or combination impairs the person’s ability to operate a vehicle in a careful and prudent manner. Also, while Hawaii allows medical marijuana use under limited circumstances, it is still a crime to drive after such use if the driver’s mental or physical faculties are impaired.
You may be tested chemically by urine or blood samples.

Nature is your best friend in Corvallis Oregon. Go for a hike through the woods and end with a sunset up at the top of the hill. Corvallis is a great town for being active and smoking. It is not legal there, so privacy and efficiency is a must. Some people even climb trees for a better view. Another good one is Eastbank, somewhere near the Vera Katz Memorial, you can skip down below sidewalk level on a ledge/cave thing. Always a favorite toke spot in the evenings around sunset.

In Corvallis, Oregon, there is one place that holds something special and different for you in every season you visit – the William Finley National Wildlife Refuge. Considered by many to be one of the best places to enjoy the wildlife, William Finley Refuge will be great after getting baked wearing your headphones playing “Stir it up”. During the winter season, ducks, swans, and Canada geese reunite right here. In the nearby forest, elks, coyotes and fox can be seen as well, so grab your binocular and start stalking!

It depends on how you are flying. But if you are going though any screening, it can be a bad idea, even if legally bought due to federal restrictions. TSA has commented that they are not actively searching for marijuana, but if they come across it they will refer it to Law Enforcement. This could result in missing flights, or possible charges in federal loopholes.

While the laws for marijuana are stable for both minors and adults in Hawaii, there are two factors in marijuana related charges that are different. Adults can see felony charges for selling to a minor or using a minor to promote selling marijuana, where as a minor wouldn’t see these charges. The second factor is that a lot of minors get felony charges due to Hawaii’s strict marijuana laws around schools and public parks, where minors tend to hang out.

Marijuana was legalized in 2012 by the Washington Initiative 502. The law requires state licenses from all sellers, distributors and producers of Marijuana, and permits anyone over 21 to carry one ounce. The state allows licensed growers to cultivate marijuana, but does not permit personal growing in one’s home except for medical use.
July 8, 2014, Top Shelf Cannabis was the first retail marijuana store to open in Washington state.

According to federal law the answer is no – you may NEVER fly on a commercial airliner with marijuana or marijuana containing products, even if you have a doctor’s written recommendation for medical marijuana or a medical marijuana card. It does not matter if you are flying within state, out of state or out of the country, the answer is always no. You may be fined and or detained for flying with marijuana.

First of all, be aware Maine is not yet authorizing it. You have to wait until November the 8th when Maine will vote about legalizing it before starting for good. You may of course get ahead of that by getting informations about how to do it and what to expect from this business. The best thing to do is to download a marijuana company business plan, then a starter kit, free to download. you can think about the medical and/or recreationnal goal you plan to do.
You need to know what is your business plan, is it just cultivation or delivery and dispensary?
Wit all this questions answered, you’ll be ready for this new opportunities available in Maine before the end of the year.

As soon as you get to Westlinn and made sure you have all the weed you need, the first place you need to go for an afternoon walk is the Cammasia Natural Area, a place with amazing blooming flowers and thousands of birds during nesting season. After checking out, head towards the Oswego Hills Vineyard for a diverse wine tasting joined by awesome and friendly owners. When you get the munchies, you should have a seat at Allium, the local’s favorite restaurant. This place serves a multitude of courses, from cheeseburgers to dinner specials.
