There are many enjoyable things you can do while/after smoking weed, some you are good at, some you are not yet it’s still fun to try. With that being said, Chehalis has a great golf club named Riverside that even has a parking lot for golfers that arrive in RV’s. So with a few friends and a little pot, despite that fact that you won’t actually play like Tiger Woods, you will definitely enjoy this day. When you are done playing and get the munchies, this place has a bar and a restaurant where you can relax for the rest of the day.

Illinois medical marijuana legalization is quite different from other states. On August 1, 2013 the Governor of Illinois Pat Quinn signed a bill that allowed for the first form of medical marijuana legalization in Illinois. It allowed patients to be prescribed up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana, the patients must have a specific illness to qualify, there is a list of illnesses that qualify. The patient and prescribing doctor must also have an ongoing relationship for the doctor to prescribe the marijuana. The law went into effect on the first day of January in 2014.

Possession of marijuana is treated the same for minors and adults apart from one small difference. A minor convicted of marijuana possession also gets a mandatory 6 month suspension of their drivers license. Also sale to a minor under 21 years by any party is a felony. Otherwise there is no other major differences.

The state of Hawaii does not currently have a tax on marijuana, but there is talk of loopholes on tax breaks for dispensaries. There has been research done on the possible tax revenue for states, as observed from sales per capita from states like Colorado and Washington, where there is a tax on recreational and medicinal marijuana. In Hawaii, if there were to be a 15% tax, the revenue could range from $24 to $39 if there is a 25% tax.

Currently, in Arizona recreational marijuana is illegal for both minors and adults in Arizona. So the laws retaining to both minors and adults in that aspect are the same with the exception that adults can be disciplined much worse if they are caught in a marijuana situation with a minor. In the case of medical marijuana, the only difference is that minors require caregivers to apply for their medical marijuana cards.

Yes a tourist can still get medical marijuana in Delaware as long as they already have a medical marijuana card. You will not be able to go to Delaware and apply for a card, but if you have one from your home state and you should be able to find a dispensary that will sell you medical marijuana.

In Washington anyone 18 or older can apply for medical marijuana on their own. If you are under the age of 18 can you will have to get parental guardian consent. They can accompany you to the doctor and we’ll have to sign a letter stating they don’t care if you take medical marijuana.

I think the Stella Olson Park is one of the best spots in Sherwood that you can find. It is very open and has plenty of places to relax and be at one with nature. It is very private and there is plenty going on around the park if you would like to venture around for restaurants or just go for a good hike and find a good place to hang out. You will not be disappointed with the set up of the park and all the availability it represents for you. I hope you enjoy the area and maybe I will see you there sometime soon.

When in Federal Way, check out the Dash Point State Park for a great marijuana smoke stop. The major draw here (no pun intended) is the long stretch of beach along the Puget Sound. This is a camping park, so maybe an overnight marijuana adventure would be in order? The views are going to be incredible. It is a small area of relative calm compared to the usually frenzied pace of Federal Way. If you are feeling like a treat, you can walk over to Gino’s Bistro for some drinks and pizza. The food is a little bit expensive here, but the location is incredible.

Owen Beach has a great view of Vashon Island and many spots for some private, peaceful moments. Watch the sea lions play in the water, the ferry boats load, the eagles soar above, or the sailboats sail by. Toward the right end of the beach there are some shady trees and you can find a more private area than the middle of the beach. 8 minutes down the road there is a great place called Antique Sandwich Company to grab a bite before you head to the beach . Owen Beach also has a snack bar if you forget to bring your own picnic!
