Passing through Englewood, Colorado, you should consider making a stop at Pirates Cove Family Aquatic Center. As all stoners know, floating on water after getting baked is a surprisingly relaxing and pleasing trip. Don’t get me wrong – this is not the largest aquatic park on the planet (as a matter of fact, not even the largest in its town) yet that’s actually and advantage, since you can enjoy some privacy on this trip after trying the long water slides. At the end of the day, visit Maggiano’s restaurant, one of the best italian specific restaurants in the area.

I used to live in Western Washington for a while so I am not too familiar with Spokane but I do know of a couple spots. If you like to hike, Dishman Hills and Iller Creek are really good spots. You will not run into many people, the view is amazing, and they aren’t too far out of Spokane so you can find a restaurant on the way back easily.

In Oregon if you are a minor you are still allowed to get medical marijuana as long as your parents or legal guardians give you consent. You can bring a letter to a doctor that is signed by your parents or guardians and you will still be able to get medical marijuana.

Well you can always do what do you want if you’re willing to accept the consequences, right? Jokes aside, short answer is No. You can’t. Even if you have a MMIC. State law may say it’s okay but USA airspace is regulated by federal law. And the federal law says that it doesn’t matter if you are flying within state, out of state or out of the country, the answer is always no. 73 But maybe if you just delay your flight a couple of years from now the law will have already changed. Who knows?

Yes you can get a DUI from smoking and driving. The officer will check to see if the car smells like marijuana and if it does, they may pull you out of the vehicle and administer field sobriety tests. They will closely examine your personal demeanor and monitor your behaviors to see if you exhibit any telling signs. You will be given a DUI that is extremely hard to contest in court.

I think I would go to a bar and try to befriend some guys who might have some. If this did not work I would just ask young people I see around if they knew where I could acquire some marijuana. This may seem a little bit dangerous for some though so asking friends in the area might be the best bet.

Currently there exists no minimum age requirement for registered patients of Michigan’s Medical Marijuana Program. Those younger than 18 must have parent or guardian consent to be eligible for the program. Additionally, said parent or guardian must be the registered caregiver for the minor and over the age of 21.

Yes thanks to a new law from 2015 you are now allowed to fly with marijuana if you have a medical marijuana card. Just make sure to bring all of your documentation with you so that there are no problems at the airport. If you have that then everything should be smooth from there.

Yes, the laws are different for locals vs. people traveling to the state. There is only one medical marijuana center in Delaware and it is known as the compassion center. There is no reciprocity of the medical marijuana laws from other states in Delaware thus the state of Delaware does not honor out of state marijuana licensees.

Michigan recognizes medical marijuana patients from other states, and has dispensaries. Yet the dispensaries are not licensed at the state level, and some will sell to out of state patients but others will not.
Possession of marijuana is illegal in Michigan unless you have a debilitating medical condition i.e. medical card. If you are arrested for possession of marijuana in Michigan, and do not have a debilitating medical condition or medical card, the penalties you face will depend on your intent in possessing the marijuana.

No, recreational laws are able to be enjoyed by both locals and travelers. Travelers are given caution to use discretion though because public consumption comes with fines. Alaska is looking to bring tourism in with the recreational marijuana laws and will likely be the first state with cannabis cafes, similar to those in Amsterdam.

To buy marijuana legally in Arizona you would need to get a medical marijuana card. Arizona allows non-residents to apply for medical marijuana card if eligible and approved by a physician. This process tends to be streamlined and much more possible if you already have a medical marijuana in your home state.

Currently you can not. Licenses are not being issued to start dispensaries or businesses selling marijuana in the state of Michigan. Marijuana must be produced by the patient themselves or by a licensed caregiver that is typically assigned to only one patient. For now you will have to be patient or try to get involved with local or state politics and hope for the best.

Skidmore bluffs in Portland is an excellent spot light up. There are many cliffs overlooking beautiful views. This area is great for sitting and watching the sun go down on a warm blanket. There is also a beautiful lake there to admire. Next, I think you would enjoy an awesome laser show at OSMI. The bright lights and swirled motion is guaranteed to boost your highs. Hike Forest Park is a location that has many hiking trails. The good thing about this park is that if you get lost, you will end up at the zoo. There are endless spots to stop and take a smoke in privacy. Most spots located near Portland.
