There are a few options to smoke marijuana in Englewood, Colorado. A typical concern for smoking marijuana in the state of Colorado is that it has to be done in private since use of the drug in public is not permitted. One place that’s quite private would have to be iBAKE Englewood which is a great hotel that’s perfectly suited for smoking. Outside of that particular hotel, it is probably wise to find other establishments such as private homes that can easily accommodate those who would want to smoke marijuana. I believe the best source for this would be searching for like-minded individuals on the couchsurfing website to find those willing to host you so you can smoke.

In November of 2014, Alaska voted to tax marijuana grown in licensed cultivation facilities. The tax is $50 per pound of marijuana, and is imposed when the weed is transferred from a grower to a retail or wholesale distribution point. Considering a pound of marijuana can cost in the thousands of dollars, the tax is not considered excessive by most marijuana business there.

Delaware has not legalized marijuana. Possession of under 1oz has been decriminalized, but still carries a hefty fine. Possession of larger amounts will likely lead to jail time. They have a medical marijuana program which started in 2011. You need a card which is issued by doctor to be a part of the program. There are a number of qualifying medical conditions that make one eligible for the program. It is very difficult to obtain one of these cards.

No, however marijuana was recently decriminalized by Governor Bruce Rauner. You are allowed to possess up to 10 grams of cannabis without being given a criminal charge. Essentially if you are caught with less than 10 grams it is equivalent to a traffic ticket. These can be punishable by large fines so I recommend not getting caught because you will have to pay money.

Medical marijuana bills were passed by voters in November of 2000. Dispensaries were not open in Nevada until the summer of 2015 mostly due to legislation that slowed down licenses for dispensaries. Recreational legalization is on the ballet for November 2016 for Nevada. Nevada is considered to be behind when it comes to marijuana legislation on the west coast, especially when compared to Oregon and Washington.

New York is most likely the hardest state to open a dispensary. Before applying you must be able to prove the ability to open a manufacturing facility on top of four dispensaries. The property alone in New York could run into the deep 10+ millions of dollars, on top of a $210,000 fee to apply for the license. If you have the ability to pay for these costs you can apply for one of the exclusive New York licenses, so far only five have been approved.

Since it is illegal to possess marijuana under federal law, it is illegal to bring through a TSA checkpoint, however TSA officers are not looking for marijuana, or any drug, rather for threats to passenger safety. New York law only permits 20 dispensaries and you can buy only from one of them. You would need to have a medical condition by which you must intake the herb and thus a Medical Marijuana id card. The most important of all is that you should be a major and if a minor, then you need to be accompanied by an adult. Among all other states, New York’s law has been very strict with regards to the use.

Browns Ferry Park is a hidden gem and a great spot for what you are looking to do. Plenty of privacy and wonderful views are throughout the area, just do some searching and pick one you like. You can smoke anywhere there with respect to the few others who might be there. While you are there you might see some very interesting birds you’ve never seen before, which is always cool. The place is known for it’s bird watching. Kayak rentals are also available in the park, and it has plenty of benches and tables to sit at and look for ducks, heron, and geese.

Being close to nature is one thing any smoker likes. Having arrived in Littleton, Colorado, the right place for you to enjoy a spliff with Bob Marley and the Wailers in your headphones on a quiet relaxing afternoon is the Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield. This place is fairly large so getting a little privacy is easy. Relatively nearby, Virgilio’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar has top italian food options all made with the freshest ingredients. This place does not lack quality in either food or wine yet it might go a little over budget.

North of the Church of Christ Keizer there’s a small forest. It’s right near what appears to be a shopping district with several restaurants and you could park in the church parking lot and easily walk right in. It’s far enough from any homes that you likely wouldn’t get spotted going in, or have a smell of smoke drift over to them. If you find out the church’s schedule you could even park while there’s people there so there would be less suspicion of why your car is there. Speaking as a fellow smoker, it’s where I’d go to smoke. Happy smoking bro, hope you have fun.
