Can State licensed Dispensaries in CA sell recreational Marijuana to those 21 yrs or older and valid ID?

While the legal answer is no, CA MMJ dispensaries are not legally authorized to make recreational sales – we have been hearing/reading reports of shops in the LA area already making illegal rec sales. We wouldn’t recommend rolling the dice though, patience is a virtue. I hope this helps!
