Legalization vs. Medical Question

So currently you have to be 18+ to get a Med. Marijuana Card.
And apparently if the measure passes for recreational use in November, you can get recreational marijuana if you are over 21.
Does that mean the Medical laws change too? So if I’m in between 18 and 21, am I no longer allowed to get medical marijuana?

I would imagine that you would still be able to get a medical card, but that is based on looking at other states. Many times children with epilepsy are considered when writing new laws. I can’t imagine they would make getting a medical card harder. That being said, WA changed everything and it wasn’t always in favor of the medical patients.
