How much oil can you buy?

I’m reading where an out-of-state resident can fly into Colorado and buy/possess up to 1-ounce of legal weed. But how does this translate to buying pre-filled THC oil cartridges for vape pens? Or gummie bears? Is it still one-ounce of gummy bears, or do they measure the amount in a different way for edibles and concentrates?

so you can buy and fill it yourself
