Dispensaries In Hayward

The 37th largest town in California holds just over 158,000, and is called Hayward. The town is part of the Bay Area, and loves its outdoor offerings.

If you want to take advantage of the abundance of sun that the state has to offer, Hayward has over 3,000 acres of parks and open space in addition to 20 miles of running and hiking trails. It is always great when you can find places like this so near to major metropolitan areas like San Francisco, but still have a wealth of natural beauty to explore.

If you’re more of an artistic spirit, the town highly encourages local creativity in many different forms. There’s the John O’Lague Galleria located at City Hall, as well as many other private galleries located around town. There’s art around every corner! The town also has a community mural project that features different murals done around the city to depict the different neighborhoods. These murals have helped contribute to neighborhood vibes, cut down on graffiti in the area, and also helps reach out to local artists. Many locals love the different murals around the city.

Another cool thing to check out in Hayward if you love both history and craft beer, is the Buffalo Bill Brewery. This location was one of the first ever craft breweries in the state of California. Nowadays, the state is overrun with high quality craft beers, but this location paved the way that entire industry!

If you live in Hayward, you likely already know about the two medical marijuana shops in town, but because the Adult Use of Marijuana Act was passed on the 8th of November, there will likely be some recreational shops that open in the near future.
