The town of Concord has a population of just under 129,000, making it the 47th largest city in the state. Unfortunately there are currently no retail marijuana shops operating within city limits in Concord. The Adult Use of Marijuana Act (Proposition 64) was passed in the November 8th election, and the recreational use of marijuana is now legal for adults over the age of 21.
