About:
The award-winning Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast has been part of historic Manitou Springs’ downtown since 1886, just 4 miles west of Colorado Springs. The prime location makes for easy walking to the variety of shops, restaurants and galleries on Manitou Avenue.Everything is included: breakfast, free Wi-Fi, hot coffee or tea bar, free movies, snacks in your room, homemade cookies, computer & printer access, and complimentary afternoon wine or beer.
Rooms:
Our beautiful spacious rooms are restored luxury and designed with the guest needs in mind. Each room is decorated with heirlooms which adds to the charming nature of the inn. Rooms have king and queen beds, sitting areas, a variety of views and a private bathroom. Part of our historic property is a 2-unit Carriage House with fully-equipped kitchens that offer additional space and privacy for family vacations or extended stays. Both units are one bedroom with queen beds.

Because of our retreat-type atmosphere the main house is reserved for adults. Children under 12 are accommodated only in our Lower Carriage House.

Breakfast:
Our favorite meal of the day is prepared thoughtfully each morning. We offer three gourmet breakfast options, served at 9:00 AM. For guests with early morning plans a Continental Breakfast will be set and ready at a time that fits your schedule or we have a Grab n Go bagged breakfast if you would like to take something on the run. Just let us know your option the night before and we will have it ready for you!

The Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast is a great starting point for your Colorado adventure. Enjoy the many area attractions in Manitou Springs, such as Pikes Peak and the Cog Railroad, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and Cave of the Winds. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy local hiking, biking, horseback riding, golfing, and fishing in the Pikes Peak region.
