Riverside park is a lovely little park filled with ducks and nature walks throughout its available land. It’s fairly private, but also local and easily accessible. Downtown you can smoke anywhere outside, and there are lots of little pubs, restaurants and shopping options available if you want to stay public. Also while you are there you might want to check out the Glass Forge, which is a really cool place for artisan glass works. A county park is also right near by from this location and you could head over there and smoke if you wanted to. If you like animals there is a public animal education and rehabilitation center in town too.
Just off of Southwest Spruce Street, to the south east of the American Legion Baseball park, is a parking lot. You could park there and take a small walk down to a clump of trees on the north shore of the Rogue River. You’d have a really nice view of the river and have some privacy as well. Once you’re done, a short drive back across the river will bring you to a number of places to eat, including a DQ, Dutch Bros, JD’s Sports Pub (which has been rated fairly well by those who’ve eaten there) and a pizza place.
