While marijuana is still illegal in all forms in the state of Alabama, the state does allow possession of CBD for medicinal uses, but medical marijuana is sadly enough still illegal in the state. • Georgia
Marijuana is still very much illegal in the state of Georgia, like very illegal. Possession can land you up to a 12 month stay behind bars if you have one ounce or less, and more than an ounce is a felony and could put you away for up to 10 years! As a result of this marijuana tourism is nonexistent in the state, and for good reason! You can use this forum to ask and answer any questions you may have, or describe what it is like to try and puff in such a scary place! If you would like more information on Georgia Marijuana Laws, it can be found by clicking here. Good luck Georgia stoners, we feel for ya!

    • Idaho
Idaho is still one of the least cannabis friendly states in the country, and has extremely harsh punishments for possession. This is surprising because the state borders both Washington and Colorado, the first two states to legalize the recreational use of marijuana. You can use this forum to ask or answer any questions about marijuana in the state, or describe the struggles of getting your hands on herb without ending up behind bars. For more information on Idaho Marijuana Laws, click here. Hopefully the state reconsiders their position on cannabis soon!

    • Indiana
Indiana is woefully behind in regards to their marijuana legislation. The consumption of cannabis is illegal on all levels in the state, and is not even considered to be medicine. This means that there is no marijuana tourism in the state whatsoever. You can use this forum to ask or answer any questions, or describe what it is like to be made to feel like an outcast in a state that should be more progressive than it is. If you would like more information on Indiana Marijuana Laws, it can be found by clicking here. Hopefully the state gets on board with the program soon and AT LEAST offers medical marijuana to those who need it!

    • Iowa
Iowa is another Midwestern state that lags behind the rest of the country with their cannabis laws. Many in the state are pushing for a full fledged medical marijuana program, but the state has yet to move forward with it. Small amounts of CBD oil can be accessed for particular medical conditions, but nothing even remotely psychoactive. You can use this forum to ask or answer any questions, or describe what it is like to puff in a state that wants access to marijuana only to be let down by their elected officials. Also, more information on Iowa Marijuana Laws can be found by clicking here! Hopefully Iowans get their way soon, we would love to see cannabis tourism become a thing in the midwest soon!
